Your 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe review may start on the exterior, which benefits from a stunning refresh. The latest Tahoe takes design cues from the Chevy Silverado truck. The tall and slightly rounded nose now has a rectangular grille that covers almost the entire length of the front end. It is styled with stacked, horizontal bars. A long LED bar runs across the top of the grille and is integrated with the thin headlights. The 2024 Chevy Tahoe shows off subtle, long accents running down the sides as well as chrome or black accents around the windows and across the roofline. Some of the exterior gear that may be standard on select trim levels are auto-dimming and heated side mirrors, up to 20-inch wheels, all-terrain tires, a front skid plate, automatic wipers, a panoramic sunroof, power retractable steps, a hands-free liftgate and others.

The base engine for most trim levels is a 355-horsepower, V8, 5.3-liter engine. Most trims have available four-wheel drive, and this drivetrain is standard for the Z71 trim. A 420-horsepower, V8, 6.2-liter engine is standard for the High Country trim and optional for the Premier, Z71 and RST trims. The other optional engine is a turbo-diesel, inline-six, 3.0-liter system that delivers 277 horsepower. Select trims may also be outfitted with magnetically controlled shock absorbers, a dual exhaust system, a two-speed transfer case, hill descent control, an adaptive air suspension, an electronic limited-slip differential, an enhanced radiator and an integrated brake controller.
